    Camarones al Mojo De Ajo ( gamberoni alla messicana)

      Dosi per: 4 persone  
    ingredienti

    18 gamberoni freschi
    2 avocado pelati e affettati sottilissimi
    4 spicchi aglio
    1 insalata lattuga mondata e pulita
    4 cucchiai olio d'oliva
    sale
    pepe

    preparazione

    Pulire i gamberoni, aprirli lasciando le due metà unite per la parte posteriore. Adagiarli su un piatto, insaporirli con sale, pepe e gli spicchi d'aglio affettati sottili. Coprire e lasciar riposare in frigorifero per circa due ore. Trascorso questo tempo, scaldare l'olio in una padella, unirvi i gamberoni con il loro condimento e farli colorire su entrambi i lati rivoltandoli spesso. Scolarli e adagiarli sulle foglie di lattuga disposte sul piatto di portata; guarnirli con le fettine di avocados e servire.
