    Risoles

    Per 4 persone: 250 g. di farina - 100 g. di burro o strutto - sale - acqua, q.b.
    Per il ripieno: 200 g. di avanzi di carne arrosto - 2 tuorli d'uovo - sale - olio per friggere.

     

    Impastate la farina con il burro o lo strutto, unite il sale e tanta acqua fino ad avere una pasta liscia.
    Copritela e lasciatela riposare.
    Nel frattempo passate al mixer la carne, unite i tuorli, salate e pepate.
    Stendete la pasta allo spessore di una moneta, ricavatene dei dischi di circa 8 cm. di diametro.
    Riempite ogni disco con un cucchiaio di ripieno, chiudete il disco, sigillando bene i bordi con un po' d'acqua.
    Friggeteli in olio bollente, scolateli su una carta assorbente e serviteli caldi.
