    Ricetta Frittata gratinata

    Dosi per 4 persone: 4 uova, mozzarelline 150 g, pomodorini 100 g, mezzo cucchiaino di sale, origano, un cipollotto, 2 cucchiai d’olio extravergine d’oliva.
    Sbattete le uova con 2 cucchiai d’acqua e il sale. Lavate e asciugate i pomodorini e tagliateli a metà . Sgocciolate bene le mozzarelline. Tagliate a fettine molto sottili sia la parte bianca sia quella verde più tenera del cipollotto. Accendete il grill del forno. Scaldate l’olio d’oliva in una padella a fuoco medio e versatevi le uova sbattute. Lasciate cuocere per 2 o 3 minuti e togliete dal fuoco. Distribuite sulla superficie della frittata i pomodorini, le mozzarelline e i cipollotti. Cospargete con origano fresco e passate la frittata sotto il grill del forno ben caldo. Fatela cuocere finchè la superficie sarà ben dorata. Lasciate raffreddare a temperatura ambiente. Potete servirla fredda oppure ripassarla rapidamente sotto il grill per farla gratinare ancora un po’ poco prima di portare la frittata in tavola.
